We are committed to providing young people in Africa with the tools they need to become transformational leaders.

We believe that young people are pivotal in changing the world and for this to happen, we need to significantly lower the barriers for them to access the opportunities to do so. We are committed to providing young people in Africa with the tools they need to become transformational leaders, whether it be through entrepreneurial education, professional development fellowships, or scholarships to keep young people living in low-income communities in school.

With THRiVE's Launchpad, I got paired with the internship that got me in contact with the person who reinforced the importance of thinking my own thoughts and thinking better thoughts, in a world filled with many voices. I have had many firsts, since the Launchpad at THRiVE but one profound statement guiding my life right now, is something The lead at THRiVE said in one of our nothing-short-of-phenomenal sessions, “Nothing, absolutely nothing is out of reach." He reinforced it at The THRiVE Cafe and every day since, I've woken up and gone to bed reminding myself that nothing is out of reach if I put in the work in my pursuit.
